Client Relations Specialist

As a vital member of our team, the Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery. Thrive is dedicated to bridging the gap between technology and human interaction, providing a supportive environment for both clients and candidates across various sectors including Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Office Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and credit reporting to assist customers effectively.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients, reflected in high sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Offer insightful guidance to members, identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- Manage various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process mortgage and loan payments, and issue cashier's and traveler's checks as required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in account management, including opening and closing accounts and understanding consumer loan processes.
- Uphold organizational standards by fostering positive customer relations and maintaining a professional image.
- Educate clients on the latest banking technologies and digital solutions to enhance their experience.
- Identify financial needs and promote relevant products and services, ensuring member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve concerns and enhance service delivery.
- Conduct thorough reviews of consumer loan applications and supporting documentation.
- Report any suspicious activities and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to assist in multiple branch locations as needed.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in finance or a related field.
- Experience as a teller or in financial services.
- Familiarity with loan processing and credit union operations.
