Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough loan interviews and gathering essential credit history and relevant information from members.
  • Evaluating loan applications based on members' financial profiles, including assets, liabilities, and credit history.
  • Effectively communicating loan options, credit requirements, interest rates, and necessary documentation to ensure a clear understanding for members.
  • Promoting additional credit union services and providing guidance as needed.
  • Processing various applications, including membership, checking accounts, IRAs, and online banking services.
  • Addressing member inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Adhering to compliance regulations, including OFAC and the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree coupled with three to four years of relevant experience or training.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Required Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
