Job Title: Employee Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including all necessary documentation
  • Manage new employee records and sensitive information
  • Support the scheduling of interviews throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain the confidentiality of business and employee information
  • Execute various administrative duties as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Adept at maintaining confidentiality
  • Collaborative team member with a professional demeanor and proactive mindset

Compensation Range:

$60,000 - $90,000
