Your Role: As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our Sales and Marketing functions. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate closely with Marketing Leaders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all marketing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly analyze commission structures to guarantee compliance with pay plans.
  • Generate daily and weekly arrival reports from the front desk system and assist in managing daily arrivals.
  • Investigate upcoming arrivals to ensure reservation codes accurately reflect guest types, providing necessary data to sales and marketing teams as requested.
  • Maintain and distribute tour manifests to relevant stakeholders.
  • Verify the accuracy of reported arrivals and tours, ensuring daily alignment across various systems, including Focus, Opera, and Oracle/Journey.
  • Complete the TM file weekly, which is crucial for determining Marketing Coordinators' compensation, and submit payroll commission sheets with the Marketing Manager's approval.
  • Conduct regular audits of site operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assist leadership in onboarding new vendors and reviewing agreements for new locations.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with various departments.
  • Preferred knowledge of Wyndham's operational systems (Focus, Steam, RCC, Journey, Oracle, etc.).

Compensation Overview:
