Job Overview:
This role oversees Package Handlers and is responsible for training, developing, and holding workgroups accountable for safety, productivity, and attendance. This position establishes and upholds high standards for operational efficiency, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, collaboration, and safety.

This role provides innovative and effective leadership while fostering a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all team members comply with safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full adherence to departmental, corporate, and OSHA standards.

- Manage departmental resources to guarantee maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency consistently.

- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that emphasizes employee involvement, proactive communication, inter-departmental cooperation, and continuous improvement at all levels.

- Implement personal development plans for employees as necessary to support their ongoing professional growth. - Ensure all department personnel receive comprehensive orientation, skills and safety training, relevant materials and information, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to facilitate their continued development. - Uphold safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. - Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment - Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred - Management experience - Preferred
