Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Clinical Nursing Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and mentor nursing personnel, ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to our residents.
- Manage and coordinate comprehensive care plans for residents, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Regularly assess residents' health conditions and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Serve as a key resource for nursing staff, offering guidance and support in their daily tasks.
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Address any emergencies or challenges that may arise during your shifts, adhering to established protocols.
- Perform additional duties as required to maintain our high standards of care.
