  • Follow site-specific protocols for emergency situations (evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
  • Complete relevant safety training and certifications to perform job tasks effectively.
  • Uphold uniform standards.
  • Safeguard the privacy and security of guests and colleagues.
  • Communicate with guests and team members using clear and professional language.
  • Assist colleagues, ensuring they understand their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with others to foster a team-oriented environment and achieve shared objectives.
  • Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel kitchen environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a full-service kitchen.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree requirements.
