Executive Director of Business Development

As an Executive Director of Business Development at Leonardo DRS, you will be responsible for leading the company's business development efforts, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, and driving sales growth and profit enhancement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve maximum penetration and drive growth
- Lead a team of business development professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Manage and analyze market intelligence data to stay ahead of the competition
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders to promote company products and services
- Formulate and execute marketing plans and programs to achieve financial objectives
- Conduct periodic meetings and audits to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- International business development experience preferred
- Knowledgeable in marketing and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expert knowledge of company products, markets, and technology
