Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Acadia Healthcare. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and other industry partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to support business development efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business growth and expansion
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and other industry developments to inform business development strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
