The ideal candidate will thrive in relationship-building, effectively conveying the advantages of chiropractic care, managing both inbound and outbound communications, and driving the growth of our patient community through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities

This role emphasizes the implementation of retention strategies to keep patients engaged and satisfied with their chiropractic services. The Sales and Patient Engagement Specialist will also work to reconnect with patients who have missed appointments through a multi-channel communication strategy (calls, texts, and emails).

  1. Participate in training sessions during the initial weeks to familiarize yourself with our care model, processes, and systems, ensuring a smooth transition into full role responsibilities.
  2. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients regarding missed appointments and treatment lapses, converting these interactions into scheduled visits using various communication methods.
  3. Employ effective communication techniques to re-engage patients and inform them about the benefits of chiropractic care and our unique service offerings.
  4. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention goals and conversion metrics.
  5. Handle a substantial volume of patient inquiries through calls, texts, and emails, ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
  6. Utilize sales competencies such as product knowledge, rapport building, active listening, and effective closing techniques.
  7. Adapt to new technologies and system improvements as they are introduced.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging potential patients through various channels.
  3. Highly motivated with a focus on achieving goals.
  4. Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple technology platforms.
  6. High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in inside sales, call center, or related sales roles.
  2. Familiarity with contact center software such as Talkdesk or similar platforms.
  3. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
  4. Knowledge of electronic health record systems (EHR).
