- Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to care plans as needed.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and promote a culture of transparency.
- Lead and Mentor: Assume a leadership role in the care team, delegate tasks effectively, and mentor colleagues to promote professional growth and development.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Education: Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
- Experience: Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.
- Licensure: Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Physical Demands: Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
- Visual Requirements: Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
