Plant Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team at Acloche-Direct Hire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems preferred.
- 2-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and controls.
- Basic PLC and drive training.
- Plastic process knowledge.
- Strong leadership ability with time management and task prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and communicate to other plant personnel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
