Maintenance Technician

This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and facilities at Michael Foods Inc. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field
- Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Power Industrial Truck Operator's License
- Black Seal License
- Basic computer skills
