- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of maintenance experience in a factory setting
- Knowledge of robotic spray painting and vacuum metalizing preferred
- PLC experience
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
- Experience fabricating or repairing machine components
- Familiarity with industrial electrical circuits (480V 3 phase)
- Familiarity with industrial pneumatics and hydraulics
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
