About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team. As a Fleet Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our fleet vehicles, ensuring the safety of our drivers and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, including diagnostic work and parts replacement.
  • Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate with vendors to obtain estimates and quotes for parts and labor.
  • Interact with Frito-Lay drivers, regional managers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, often in tight spaces under vehicles, and lift heavy equipment with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more with or without reasonable accommodation.
