Currently, we assist thousands of bookkeepers and accountants in managing the financials for startups and small enterprises across the United States.

Your Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions with new clients, guiding them through product usage to ensure they quickly derive value.
  • Proactively engage with existing users to help them achieve their objectives, while promptly addressing any support inquiries.
  • Document best practices and outline the customer journey, creating templates for engagement at critical milestones tailored to various user profiles.
  • Develop and maintain educational resources for customers: record video tutorials, ensure product documentation is current, and draft user manuals.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to shape our product development roadmap.
Who You Are
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-oriented position within an early-stage SaaS company.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • A strong inclination towards process enhancement, documentation, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with contemporary SaaS tools such as Slack, Notion, Hubspot, and/or Salesforce.
  • Background in accounting or finance is advantageous; a willingness to learn about the field is essential.
