Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance our Small Medium Business (SMB) division. In this role, you will cultivate Procore advocates throughout the client lifecycle, from initial setup to contract renewal. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support, comprehensive education, and complete integration with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new clients through a seamless implementation process that prioritizes rapid value realization while ensuring ongoing success for established clients through both proactive and reactive strategies.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Product teams, and other Customer Success professionals as clients engage with and expand their use of Procore.
  • Deliver outstanding service and support to Procore's clients through effective communication and relationship management.
  • Work alongside various organizational levels to establish best practices, connect clients with Product Managers, and contribute to Procore's growth as a market leader.
  • Achieve comprehensive knowledge of Procore's product suite, business model, services, and industry best practices.
  • While this role does not involve direct sales, you will work with the Account Executive team to identify opportunities for client expansion and minimize churn.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5-10% for client meetings, industry events, and inter-office collaboration.

Qualifications:

For candidates with a tech background:

  • Experience managing the implementation of SaaS platforms, including onboarding, training, and client relationship management.
  • Familiarity with complex web and mobile applications used for project management and documentation.

For candidates transitioning from the construction industry:

  • Experience in project administration or management roles, such as Project Engineer or Project Manager.
  • Procore platform experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to modernizing the construction sector.
  • At least 2 years of account management experience, ideally within a SaaS context.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000, with additional commission opportunities leading to an estimated total compensation of $80,000 - $110,000. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
