The Doe Fund Inc is seeking a talented Residential Management Coordinator to join its team in Brooklyn. In this role, you will work closely with our housing management team to provide holistic services to under-served populations. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in community-based residential management and excellent communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, comprehensive benefits including medical and dental coverage, paid participation in a retirement plan, sick and vacation leave, discount gym memberships, paid holidays, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords and/or realtor management companies
  • Provide housing for special needs populations
  • Knowledge of applicable state and city housing and disability laws and codes
  • Computer literate with valid driver's license

The ideal candidate will be able to monitor, evaluate, and revise housing management relationships, ensuring compliance with meeting the needs of our client base. They will also be responsible for preparing and coordinating reports related to housing codes and compliance.
