Job Description

The Residential Care Coordinator will oversee the daily activities of our residential program, including supervising staff, ensuring client safety, and coordinating with security personnel. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and participate in training and evaluation of work performance
  • Ensure client safety and well-being through regular inspections and monitoring
  • Coordinate with security department to maintain a secure environment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety Coordinator
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, commensurate with experience.
