Job Summary
Lantern Community Services Inc is seeking a qualified Residential Case Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct services to our residents, including counseling, case management, and advocacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed.
  • Develop and maintain confidential records for each resident, documenting all relevant interventions and assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing and Compliance team to ensure housing stability.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a residential setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based models, specifically Motivational Interviewing, preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: $35-$42 per hour.
