Job Description:
As a Shift Supervisor at the Atlantic House Men's Shelter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our residential program. You will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, monitoring client progress, and providing exceptional support services. This is a dynamic and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and facilitate groups and trainings
* Conduct nightly rounds to monitor the facility
* Develop program content for ADL staff
* Encourage teamwork among direct reporting staff
* Investigate complaints and incidents
* Lead and participate in administrative meetings as requested
* Maintain professional relationships with clients and confidentiality
* Monitor clients' safety and ensure adherence to safety policies
* Motivate and coach direct reporting staff to excel

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Three years of experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a residential setting
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
