Job Summary:
Block Institute is seeking a dedicated Residential Medical Coordinator to work with our RN team to ensure quality medical care for individuals diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The Medical Coordinator will monitor healthcare processes in a residential setting and assist individuals in all areas of daily living.

About the Role:
The Residential Medical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing medication inventory, conducting weekly checks, and ensuring that all prescriptions have a drug-specific sheet to match in the MAR. They will also attend medical meetings, create tracking systems for Medication Storage, documentation, and training, and track medical appointments, diagnostic, and lab testing. Additionally, they will inform the nurse and management immediately of any medication changes and perform DSP job responsibilities as needed.
