Job Overview

A highly motivated and results-driven individual is sought to join our team as a Carrier Sales Representative. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and logistics expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage operational tasks, including booking and scheduling shipments, negotiating rates, and resolving issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor, track, and trace loads to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Grow and maintain core carrier relationships to drive business expansion

What We Offer:

  • $42,000 base salary + uncapped commissions
  • $2,500 sign-on bonus and $2,500 bonus after 4 months of employment
  • Average first-year compensation between $60,000 - $80,000
