Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team at Imedview, Inc. in the states of New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Massachusetts (MA). The successful candidate will provide essential support to the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and training sessions with employees.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with Benefits Administration
  • Assists in Payroll Process
  • Format the HR monthly newsletter
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree or Certification in Human Resources preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
