  • Welcoming guests and managing ticket collection at entry points.
  • Ensuring compliance with venue policies regarding outside food, beverages, and photography.
  • Guiding guests to their designated seating and providing directional support throughout the venue.
  • Monitoring guest behavior and offering assistance as needed.
  • Contributing to a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
  • Reporting any hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisory personnel without delay.
  • Executing crowd management duties effectively.
  • Participating in emergency evacuation procedures by directing guests to exits.
  • Assisting guests with special needs during emergencies.
  • Adapting to various roles and locations as required by event demands.
  • Distributing materials to guests as necessary during events.
  • Adhering to all event protocols and safety regulations.
  • Providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum age of 18 years.
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity is preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • The ability to work autonomously while remaining adaptable.
  • Diplomatic skills to effectively address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
  • The physical capability to stand, sit, walk, and navigate stairs, with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.

This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow both simple and complex instructions. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
