Role Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all attendees.
- Welcoming guests and managing ticket collection at entry points.
- Ensuring compliance with venue policies regarding outside food, beverages, and photography.
- Guiding guests to their designated seating and providing directional support throughout the venue.
- Monitoring guest behavior and offering assistance as needed.
- Contributing to a safe and secure environment for all attendees.
- Reporting any hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisory personnel without delay.
- Executing crowd management duties effectively.
- Participating in emergency evacuation procedures by directing guests to exits.
- Assisting guests with special needs during emergencies.
- Adapting to various roles and locations as required by event demands.
- Distributing materials to guests as necessary during events.
- Adhering to all event protocols and safety regulations.
- Providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Prior experience in a customer service capacity is preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- The ability to work autonomously while remaining adaptable.
- Diplomatic skills to effectively address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
- The physical capability to stand, sit, walk, and navigate stairs, with occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to follow both simple and complex instructions. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
