Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Guest Services team as a Part-time Guest Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience at the Angel Of The Winds Arena.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet guests and collect tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
  • Ensure guest compliance with outside food/beverage and camera building policies, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Usher guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the arena's layout.
  • Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance to guests as needed, maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere.
  • Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for all guests, reporting any unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Perform crowd control management functions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits in the event of an emergency.
  • Monitor emergency exits and assist guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Move around to various positions/locations as event needs dictate, providing excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional guest and client service capabilities and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality required.
  • Ability to work independently and remain flexible.
  • Ability to remain diplomatic and provide exceptional guest service in solving guest situations and answering inquiries.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and climb stairs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.50 to $18.50, as well as benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching for part-time roles.
