Job Summary

Halekoa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hotel Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hotel operations.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hotel operations role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high performance standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
