U-Haul Customer Care Representative Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a U-Haul Customer Care Representative. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up U-Box containers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload U-Box containers, ensuring that they are properly secured and delivered to the correct location.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL).
Work Environment

The work environment for this position is fast-paced and dynamic, with moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions. You may be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
