About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Behavior Therapist to join our team at the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center (SARRC). As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of Behavior Therapists in the delivery of evidence-based services to individuals with autism.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide clinical administrative support to monitor and evaluate client progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism treatment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, with a focus on education, sociology, special education, or psychology.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • One to three years of experience working with individuals with autism.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
