We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with autism and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions to children aged 2-6, utilizing evidence-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Implement individualized intervention plans, developed in collaboration with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and involving them in the therapy process.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with advancements in ABA therapy and related fields.
- Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program in a relevant field, such as Child Development or Psychology.
- Ability to achieve and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Previous experience working with children and a passion for supporting their development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
