Key Responsibilities- Provide behavioral support and intervention to students with escalated behaviors, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with our ABA Manager to develop and implement behavior plans, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques.
- Train and support classroom staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans, promoting a culture of excellence in autism education.
- Collect and analyze data on student behavior and academic progress, informing instruction and intervention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), applying this knowledge to drive student success.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with students with autism and other special needs, with a proven track record of success in behavior management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card and current RBT certification.
- Competitive hourly rate: $23.50-$26.50 per hour, depending on experience.
