Position Overview

The Branch Sales and Service Leader will collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to guide the branch team towards achieving success through continuous coaching and development. The ideal candidate recognizes the significance of exceptional customer service and is committed to delivering outstanding service to both internal and external clients. As a natural leader, this individual will employ innovative strategies to meet customer needs while upholding the Bank's integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizes management expertise to inspire, coach, and develop the team for optimal performance.
  • Identifies sales opportunities that enhance customer relationships and foster loyalty through proactive outreach and referrals.
  • Engages with prospects and existing customers to introduce new products and services tailored to their needs.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of retail banking products and services, ensuring the team is equally informed.
  • Exemplifies superior customer service and holds the team accountable for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Partners with the Business Development Manager to oversee branch performance in operational integrity, customer service, and sales.
  • Ensures compliance with all BSA/AML regulations, laws, and Bank policies relevant to the role.
  • Delivers operational excellence by managing daily branch operations and addressing any operational challenges.
  • Actively participates in the performance management process, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
  • Promotes a culture of exceptional service throughout the organization, demonstrating a positive attitude with all customers.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in banking is required.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Branch Manager is preferred.
  • Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
  • Demonstrated success in bank operations, including audits and compliance.
