Position Summary

We are expanding our operations and are in search of a Project Manager for our Portland office. Candidates should possess relevant experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Renovation. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, collaborating closely with the Service Coordinator to manage daily operational tasks such as route planning, administrative functions, and invoicing for completed projects. Additionally, the position involves project-specific duties including estimating costs, sourcing materials, and overseeing project timelines from inception to completion, as well as coordinating subcontractors and maintaining client communication.

Working alongside an experienced Construction Department Manager, you will support our Handyman and Construction teams. Our company handles numerous repair tasks weekly, alongside small to medium-sized projects. You will regularly engage with subcontractors, mentor our internal Handyman/Renovation technicians on best practices, and collaborate with the finance team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets. We are a small but ambitious company, looking for individuals eager to take ownership of their roles and excel in their responsibilities.

Salary Range:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with occasional evening meetings)

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Construction, Handyman, or Service/Trade sectors
