Position Summary

We are expanding and are in search of a Project Manager to be based in our Portland office. Candidates should possess substantial experience in Facilities, Construction, or Renovation. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities and involves close collaboration with the Service Coordinator to manage daily operational tasks, including route planning, administrative duties, and invoicing for completed projects. Additionally, the position entails project-specific responsibilities such as estimating costs, procuring materials, planning projects from inception to completion, scheduling subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery, and maintaining customer communication.

You will collaborate with an experienced Construction Department Manager to oversee our Handyman and Construction teams. Our workload includes numerous repair tasks weekly, alongside small to medium-sized projects. Regular interaction with subcontractors is expected, as well as mentoring our internal Handyman/Renovation technicians on best practices for completing work orders. Coordination with the financial team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets is also essential. We are a growing company looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about taking ownership and excelling in their roles.

Salary Range:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 DOE

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8AM – 5PM (occasional evening meetings)

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in Construction, Handyman, or Service/Trade Industry
  • Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness
