Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Human Resources Coordinator, you will provide essential HR support to staff and serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating local employee engagement initiatives, service awards, and community outreach events.
  • Assisting in the execution of departmental action plans based on engagement survey feedback.
  • Managing local recruitment processes, including job postings and interview coordination.
  • Coordinating orientation programs and delivering content effectively.
  • Supporting compliance initiatives by preparing necessary documentation for audits.
  • Overseeing learning and development programs within the facility.
  • Managing benefits enrollment and conducting informational sessions for employees.
  • Assisting managers with salary and incentive planning.
  • Providing support for employees returning from Leaves of Absence or addressing Workers' Compensation inquiries.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
