About the Role

Lightricks, a pioneering AI-first company, is revolutionizing the creative industry with cutting-edge technology. As a Sales Director, you will lead our sales efforts for LTX Studio, our flagship product aimed at transforming storytelling with GenAI technology.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will own the entire sales cycle, from demand generation to deal closure, driving revenue growth and building relationships with strategic partners and vendors. You will collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to find LTX Studio's product/market fit and help build our sales team as the business grows.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and playbooks to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and vendors
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to find LTX Studio's product/market fit
  • Lead the sales effort for LTX Studio, driving demand generation and deal closure
  • Help build and onboard the sales team as the business grows
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience selling software solutions to the Media & Entertainment industry
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting sales targets
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex sales processes
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Expected base salary range is $160,000-$200,000 [plus commission]
