Role Summary:

As the Mobile Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mobile operations and contributing to the growth of our Mobile division. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of our industry and operational processes, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers' stringent purity requirements while ensuring profitability and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Conduct site visits to establish and nurture relationships with key contacts at customer locations.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with each customer site.
    • Oversee the development and management of mobile service contracts.
    • Review and renew mobile service agreements to ensure clarity on margins with Pureflow staff.
    • Support non-contract mobile services, including scheduling, communication, and quotations.
  • Operational Management:
    • Coordinate work, inventory, and projects between mobile technicians and the corporate office.
    • Encourage accurate documentation for billable parts and time.
    • Manage work orders for Mobile Service Technicians, including parts usage, scheduling, and overtime.
    • Plan, direct, and oversee the Mobile Team's services.
    • Contribute to the long-term planning of the Mobile Department in alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Facilitate the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures and documentation at customer sites and within the Pureflow facility.
    • Identify staff development needs and coordinate in-house training programs in line with corporate training goals.
    • Supervise, train, and mentor staff, conducting performance evaluations.
    • Analyze workload to ensure efficient staff scheduling in collaboration with Human Resources; participate in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience.
  • Proficiency in statistics and budget management.
  • Ability to measure and report on customer satisfaction quarterly.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain consistent gross margins on services in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Track and enhance customer callback metrics as defined by corporate standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with supervisors, subordinates, colleagues, customers, and potential clients.

Work Environment:

This position primarily operates in an office setting, with some responsibilities requiring travel to customer sites, which may involve overnight stays based on workload.
