About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas, including floors, surfaces, and waste management.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions.
  • Supply Management: Restock supplies and materials as needed to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve common goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in custodial or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Basic English proficiency, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and pass a drug test.

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:

  • First Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
  • Third Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00pm - 6:30am

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.50 - $15.75 per hour, depending on experience.
