Job Overview

Position Title: Business Unit Manager

Pureflow Inc is dedicated to collaborating with our clients and service personnel to strategize and oversee service operations. This role encompasses the administration of client agreements, the organization of service timelines, the management of client invoicing, and the cultivation of exceptional relationships with our high-purity water clientele. Proficient communication abilities are essential for effectively nurturing our client relationships and coordinating with various Pureflow teams, including procurement, finance, engineering, and installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement account management for targeted markets, including:
  1. Client communication
  2. Service scheduling
  3. Contract renewals
  4. Estimates (for Service Projects, Parts, Non-Parts)
  5. System audits to ensure accurate data updates
  6. Management of work orders
Act as a liaison among assigned clients, service technicians, support specialists, and internal departments.Gain insights into systems by visiting client locations.Develop cost assessments and proposals for projects and one-time services.Facilitate connections between clients and Pureflow resources as required (e.g., service, engineering).Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance ongoing project and service opportunities at designated accounts, ensuring that improvements consistently benefit the client.Maintain a collaborative work environment by employing effective communication skills, fostering interpersonal relationships, and promoting team building.Become deeply familiar with the needs and expectations of key clients to ensure exceptional client satisfaction at all times.Engage daily with technicians to identify issues encountered in the field and follow up as necessary.Establish and maintain client contracts and service projects.Monitor and generate profitability reports, including cost analyses of services and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications.
  • Solid mathematical skills for preparing profitability reports, cost analyses, and billing.
  • Robust customer service orientation; dedicated to serving both internal and external clients with excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; remains adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Working Conditions: Typical office environment. Occasional travel may be necessary for training, trade shows, or seminars.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • In-person work
  • Monday to Friday schedule
