Job Overview

Business Unit Manager

At Pureflow, we collaborate closely with our clients and service teams to strategize and manage service operations effectively. This role encompasses overseeing client agreements, orchestrating service timelines, handling billing processes, and nurturing exceptional relationships with our high-purity water clientele. Strong communication abilities are essential for managing client interactions and coordinating with various Pureflow departments, including procurement, finance, engineering, and installation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement account management for targeted markets, which includes:
  1. Client communication
  2. Service scheduling
  3. Contract renewals
  4. Estimates (e.g., Service Projects, Parts, Non-Parts)
  5. System audits for accurate data updates
  6. Management of work orders
Act as a point of contact between designated clients, service technicians, support specialists, and internal departments.Gain insights into systems by visiting client locations.Formulate cost assessments and draft proposals for projects and one-off services.Facilitate connections between clients and Pureflow's resources as required (e.g., service, engineering).Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance ongoing project and service opportunities at assigned accounts, ensuring that improvements consistently benefit the client.Uphold general standards to foster a collaborative work environment through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and team building.Become deeply familiar with the needs and expectations of key clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at all times.Engage daily with technicians to address field issues and follow up as needed.Establish and maintain client contracts and service initiatives.Monitor and generate profitability reports, including cost analyses of services and projects.

Job Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong mathematical abilities for preparing profitability reports, cost analyses, and billing.
  • Solid customer service orientation; committed to serving both internal and external clients with excellence.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment; remains adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Environment: Typical office conditions apply. Travel may be required occasionally for training, trade shows, or seminars.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • In-person attendance required
  • Monday through Friday
