Inside Sales Advisor

As an Inside Sales Advisor at Ring Power, you will be responsible for maintaining company standards in housekeeping and contamination control. You will greet customers promptly and professionally, identify order accuracy, and capture customer signatures upon receipt.
You will support key business initiatives such as freight recovery, service charge reduction, returns, and collections. You will assist customers in a consultative manner to provide the best solution, determining urgency and capturing pertinent data.
You will be knowledgeable about CAT and other Prime Product lines, staying current on all informational resources and training curriculum. You will communicate clearly with customers on processing, tracking, and completion of orders, relaying pertinent customer information to management.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Formal Education High School diploma or GED, Experience 1-2 years.
Not Required but Highly Desired Criteria: Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Office products, and relevant Dealer software programs. Able to easily and effectively comprehend, speak, and write in the English language.
Basic phone and email knowledge and etiquette. Warehouse operations experience.
