Job Description

At Avanti Residential LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and leading in-person tours for prospective residents, selling units to encourage application submittal, and improving occupancy and preventing stale units through marketing and analyzing the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled in-person tours with prospective residents and perform warm hand-offs for scheduled tours.
  • Manage the leasing process from initial contact to lease setup, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents.
  • Walk through move-in ready apartments to ensure they meet standards prior to orientation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive move-in orientations for new residents, providing essential information about the property, amenities, and community policies.
  • Ensure model apartments and target apartments are ready for show, maintaining a high level of curb appeal.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through writing, phone, and computer mediums.
  • Proficiency in technology, including computer software and iPad.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
