Location: Twin Cities Metro Area (Hybrid opportunities possible)
Job Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. You’ll leverage your communication skills and tech-savviness to connect with clients and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and manage leads.
Qualifications:
- B2B inside sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong curiosity and active listening skills.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new processes.
