Location: Twin Cities Metro Area (Hybrid opportunities possible)

Job Summary: We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth through proactive outreach and relationship-building. You’ll leverage your communication skills and tech-savviness to connect with clients and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and insights.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and manage leads.

Qualifications:

  • B2B inside sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong curiosity and active listening skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new processes.
