K-12 District Partnership Manager

Hazel Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Account Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with K-12 partner school districts within their designated territory.
This role requires a data-driven, goal-oriented approach to achieving account management principles and revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in K-12 account management and be comfortable learning new software programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic conversations to ensure renewals and partnership expansions are a natural progression of value.
- Identify and address barriers or risks that may impact the district's strategic goals.
- Conduct regular check-ins with districts to communicate progress toward goals and analyze data for key trends.
- Partner closely with multiple district departments and other community partners to drive awareness of Hazel Health's value to student health and academic success.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in K-12 account management.
- Ability to travel for up to 25% of the time.
- Existing relationships within the geographies supported.
