Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our energetic team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of our construction projects, from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and maintenance of our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define the project scope.
  • Develop a comprehensive work plan that outlines and sequences the necessary activities for successful project completion.
  • Identify the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required for project execution.
  • Create a project timeline that effectively allocates resources to various activities.
  • Review the project schedule with senior management and relevant staff, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Implement the project according to the established plan.
  • Ensure all project personnel receive appropriate orientation regarding the organization and project specifics.
  • Engage qualified consultants for project-related tasks as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Establish a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Regularly review the quality of work completed with the project team to ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making capabilities.
  • A keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
