  • Track productivity metrics, crew size, and project timelines to ensure adherence to production rates.
  • Regularly review project schedules to maintain or improve timelines.
  • Document any delays, safety issues, or site conditions that may impact project performance.
  • Understand the assigned scope of work and coordinate with project management for any additional tasks.
  • Engage with client managers to ensure appropriate personnel are assigned to the project.
  • Coordinate with the equipment manager to ensure necessary equipment is available on-site.
  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings with all involved trades.
  • Manage the quality of work performed, including both in-house and subcontracted tasks.
  • Inspect material deliveries for accuracy and quality, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Organize and submit all delivery documentation to the project manager.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to review job cost reports and manage project expenses.
  • Maintain current as-built documentation.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Coordinate subcontractor management with the project manager.
  • Adhere to safety policies to foster a secure work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 30 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Relevant education or a combination of experience and training that equips the individual with the necessary skills for the role.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction schedules.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
  • Blueprint reading skills are essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel to job sites, including potential overnight stays.
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are mandatory.
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Must be willing to undergo a drug screening for employment.
