Civil Estimator

A leading Civil Contractor is looking for an Estimator who can prepare bids for large civil construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Estimator could include a work history of highways, bridges, sitework, paving, marine, rail, dams, etc. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator to develop into their own role and reach the career goals they've always had Come get big company resources with a small company feel

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of strong heavy civil construction experience

• Stable work history

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field a plus

• Projects of $10MM or more desirable Responsibilities:

• Oversee and review project plans, requirements and specifications

• Develop multi-disciplinary estimates

• Determine labor and equipment costs

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing

• Understand project logistics and project schedule
