Position Summary:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. This position requires a creative and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing engaging social media content and campaigns across various platforms.
  • Creating and maintaining social media content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Analyzing performance metrics to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting the marketing team during events by providing social media coverage and operational support.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through social media interactions.
  • Researching emerging digital trends for potential implementation.
  • Maintaining updated lists of digital influencers and media contacts.
  • Organizing and managing a comprehensive photo and video library.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of diverse events within the district, including concerts, festivals, and family-oriented activities.
  • Coordinating logistics before and after events, including registration and attendee tracking.
  • Creating promotional materials and ensuring effective distribution throughout the district.
  • Collaborating with regional and local marketing managers to develop and implement social media strategies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a hospitality-related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and innovative with a passion for marketing.
  • Organized and able to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
The Marketing Coordinator position involves the following physical demands:

  • Regularly standing and moving about the assigned location.
  • Occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
  • Handling various objects and equipment necessary for marketing activities.
  • Engaging in bending, stooping, and kneeling as required.
