Position: Medical Sales Consultant - Houston TX

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to support our healthcare facilities in the Houston, TX region. This role is centered around performance and is ideal for a seasoned sales professional aiming for competitive earnings. Our clinics are recognized as top performers nationally, offering a highly rewarding opportunity—successful sales consultants can earn between $80k and $100k annually, with the potential to reach $350k to $400k for a 4-day work week.


Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate will possess the ability to close sales within 15-20 minute interactions and have a background in cash-based clinical sales, particularly in areas such as DENTAL (including prosthodontics and veneers), laser hair removal, or plastic surgery. However, we are open to considering all qualified applicants.


The Sales Consultant must be a self-motivated and competitive individual, ideally with experience in elective healthcare procedures that require out-of-pocket payments. We are looking for a skilled closer who can effectively address patient objections while clearly communicating the advantages of our services. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, guiding patients through treatment options, and maintaining strong patient relationships to ensure satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in sales discussions with prospective patients seeking alternatives to surgical procedures and pain management.
  • Comprehend the specifics of each treatment offered and articulate them accurately as per the medical provider's guidance.
  • Review medical provider notes and discuss treatment options with patients.
  • Gather treatment plans from medical providers to present to new patients.
  • Master and deliver the appropriate language for each treatment option as prescribed.
  • Address any imaging-related inquiries from patients after the medical provider has established a diagnosis.
  • Respond to financial questions from new patients.
  • Detail recommended procedures, financial breakdowns, and financing options.
  • Achieve a closing rate of over 50% with an average of 12-15 patients seen daily.
  • Engage in outreach and marketing efforts to ensure a steady influx of patients.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive year-over-year sales growth and increase overall clinic revenue.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related sales environment, preferably in elective medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with cash payment models and non-insurance elective services.
  • Experience with third-party financing options.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule:

  • 1-2 days per week.

Compensation:

  • Annual earnings of $80k-$100k based on the number of days worked (e.g., working 4 days a week could yield $350k-$400k annually).
