Position: Medical Sales Consultant - Houston TX
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to enhance our clinics in the Houston, TX region. This role is centered around performance and is ideal for a qualified sales professional seeking competitive compensation. Our clinics are among the top performers nationally, offering a lucrative opportunity—our sales consultants can potentially earn between $80k and $100k annually, with the possibility of making $350k to $400k for a 4-day work week.
The ideal candidate will excel in closing sales within 15-20 minute intervals and possess experience in cash pay clinical sales roles, particularly in DENTAL (prosthodontics, veneers, etc.), laser hair removal, or plastic surgery. However, we are open to considering all qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales discussions with prospective patients seeking alternatives to surgery and pain management.
- Understand and articulate the physiological aspects of each treatment offered as prescribed by the medical provider.
- Review medical provider notes and discuss treatment options with patients.
- Present treatment plans obtained from medical providers to new patients.
- Master and communicate the details of each treatment option as prescribed.
- Address any imaging inquiries from patients after the medical provider's diagnosis.
- Provide financial information and answer any questions from new patients.
- Explain recommended procedures, financial breakdowns, and financing options.
- Achieve a closing rate of over 50% with an average of 12-15 patients seen daily.
- Conduct outreach and marketing efforts to ensure a steady influx of patients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Drive year-over-year sales growth and increase clinic revenue.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related healthcare sales environment, preferably in elective medical procedures.
- Familiarity with cash payment options and non-insurance elective procedures.
- Experience with third-party financing options.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Work Schedule: 1-2 days per week
Compensation: $80k-$100k annually for each day worked (e.g., working 4 days a week could yield $350k-$400k per year).
